TIER 1 · PAIRING DOSSIER The full analysis of what this pairing produces
The One Loft side of the loft crossed onto the National distance side: a full brother to Miss Maurice paired to a direct daughter of Sophie's Boy, winner of 1st Open NFC St Philbert. Two families with nothing in common, which makes every youngster a complete outcross.
The Sire — IHU20S068529 "Pioneer Boy"
Light Chequer · Stock Cock · Maurice O'Donnell bloodlines, bred by M O'Donnell
Full brother to Miss Maurice — Knockout Winner in the Million Dollar Race South Africa 2020, winning over $47,500. His sister took 9th place in the Final of the Golden Algarve Million Euro Race, and he is half-brother to Miss Debbie, 1st place Pattaya International One Loft Race, Thailand.
Star Boy (B16-6037050) — his sire, sire of Miss Maurice and grandsire of Miss Debbie, out of a sire who is a son of 62nd National Barcelona and a dam who is sister to 14th National Barcelona.
In short: the same nest that produced Miss Maurice, and a cock that is no longer alive to repeat it.
The Dam — GB23N61423 "Pioneer Sophie"
Blue Hen · Stock · Frans Zwols, bred by Zwols Pigeons
A direct daughter of Sophie's Boy (GB21N17743), bred and raced by Formula 1 Lofts. Sophie's Boy won 5th Combine Guernsey as a young bird and 1st Open NFC St Philbert as a yearling.
Her dam is 667 Special Lady (GB16B09667), bred for stock and direct from D'Artagian paired to his own sister Dream Girl 200. She bred 1st Fed from her first round and has since bred many winners including 1st Open BICC National and 2nd Open NFC.
The grandparents behind Sophie's Boy carry the same record: GB19B31093 bred 5th Combine Guernsey in 2021 and 1st Open NFC St Philbert at 290 miles in 2022; GB19N97357, a sister to Tip Top Tora, is dam of those same winners plus 22nd Open BICC in 2023.
In short: a National-winning sire line on top of the D'Artagian × Dream Girl foundation pair — Zwols distance blood at close range.

BREEDING CHARACTER
A complete outcross — no shared ancestor in four generations. The cock contributes One Loft heat tolerance and the raw class of the Miss Maurice nest; the hen contributes the Zwols National distance engine through Sophie's Boy and the D'Artagian × Dream Girl foundation. Youngsters carry no inbreeding load, which makes them useful as mates for the more concentrated Zwols and O'Donnell birds elsewhere in the loft.
